History:
These lesions arose after he went on Check Point inhibitor for metastatic melanoma. Note the perilesional hypopigmentation as well as the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which was all that was left of his melanoma metastases. These had been stable for the last 9 months with no evidence in PET scans of melanoma elsewhere. This rteally shows the effectiveness of these immune stimulating drugs in metastatic melanoma.
