Description:

Blue structureless

History:

A new blue lesion noted on his wrist in the last month. No PH of melanoma. Transplant patient. Blue structureless lesions can be blue nevi, melanoma, melanoma metastasis, tatoo, foreign body , resolving clot, occassionally a pilomatricoma. This was excised narrowly and reported as a venous lake. ie dilated vein. I will see if the histology showed an intraluminal clot.
