 Acral Nevus 

The volar surface of the palms and soles causes distinctive dermatoscopic patterns called parallel furrow and parallel ridge. Parallel furrow can be subdivided into lattice, fibrillar, and single and double dot lines. 

Some of these apparent patterns relate to pressure on the skin and variations in surface anatomy on the weight bearing and arch areas of the foot. Parallel furrow patterns are benign. Parallel ridge are malignant except for subcorneal haemorrhage!
