Description: Linear lesion toe

History:

 A lady presented with a 5 day history of a painfull area on her big toe. She was not aware of standing on anything but had been working with open boots in the garden. 

The skin was trimmed to remove as many caterpillar hairs as possible and the remaining ones were left to come out as the skin grows a new layer.
