Description: List of causes of erythronychia
History:
Case 1 has had this nail deformity for 18 months. She dislikes the split at the end of her nail and the keratotic papule there and would like it gone. It has not changed any in that time. What do you think it is ? Would you do anything to confirm your diagnosis and if so how would you do it? This is an onychopapilloma, a benign nail matrix tumour. Rarely cases like this can be due to an SCC of the nail matrix
