History: This patient has had this lesion since infancy, it enlarged during adolescence and has remained stable since. Nevus sebaceous is a benign neoplasm of the sebaceous gland. Whilst most common on the scalp they also occur on the face. Dermoscopy is non specific and in this case shows plugged follicular openings, yellowish distended glandular elements and some comma and linear vessels. The diagnosis is made on history, and the typical clinical appearence or histology.
