Description: Clinical

History: This lesion dermoscopically shows the cerebreform pattern more commonly associated with seborrhoeic keratosis. However clinically and on history (present since infancy) it is typical of an epidermal nevus. Epidermal nevi are hamartomas and especially when large follow Blaschko's lines or relaxed skin tension lines.
