Description: Dermoscopy glomerular and hairpin vessels
History: This 34 yr old patient presented with an enlarging itchy lesion on the back. Clically it had rolled pearly borders suggestive of BCC, but dermoscopy showed a "stiff" lesion which "wobbled" as a whole with movement of the dermoscope plate. The combination of glomerular and hairping vessels prompted shave biopsy to exclude Bowens Disease the histopathology was reported as an irritated seborrhoeic keratosis.
