Description: This lesion displays vessels sepentine in a pattern branched. This pattern is not unusual in keratoacanthoma(KA). In fact if branched vessls are obseved in contact with a mass of keratin it can be predicted that the lesion is likely to be a KA. This KA also displays compactly coiled vessels.

History:
