Description: Dermoscopy - Blue clods with fine telangiectatic vessels.

History:

Routine visit for his six monthly skin examination.His left forearm melanoma in situ images were presented on the SCCA dermoscopy quiz in October 2007(Case 2).

Histopathology:  Pigmented basal cell carcinoma,left arm.

                        : Solid basal cell carcinoma with invasion into the reticular dermis,upper back.
