Description: Dermoscopy -Black homogenous colour with brownish rim .

History:

Presented with less than two months history of pigmented lesion on her right loin area.Skin phototype-I.It measures 2mm.

Histopathology  : Junctional naevus with Spitz naevus like features.(Excisional biopsy)
