Description: Dermoscopy - Blue white veil.

History:

Presented for skin check ,he was worried about  solar keratoses on his nose.He has this nevus for as far as he can tell and has not noticed any change.

Histopathology:  Focal in situ Melanoma (Clark Level I ),arising within a pre-existing dysplastic compound naevus.
