Description: Close up - papillomatous growth.

History:

Presented for skin examination.This naevus has been noticed since birth.It measures 65x45 mm.He has few halo nevi on his back.

"Regression of congenital melanocytic naevus  is usually accompanied by the halo phenomenon and is considered a rare event". Arparia N et al.  Derm Surg 2005;31(4):471-73
