History:

Patient was not worried about this lesion until his wife insisted he have it seen to.

It looked nodulocystic and seemed to be arising in a naevus.

Histology. Basal Cell Carcinoma (solid and pigmented)

Supplementary report revealed nearby associated Lentigo simplex.
