Description: The lesion shows patterns of lines reticular, structureless pink and structureless tan. Vessels are dot and polymorphous.

History: 65 year old woman with past history of 2 melanomas. Lesion noted to have arisen in 6 months since previous check. Histology reported as; Sections show a level 1 (in situ) superficial spreading melanoma. There is no ulceration, dermal invasion or regression.
