Description:

History: History of 2 years change in a pre-existing lesion. Been reassured at previous examinations. Histology reported as: Sections show a small focus of level 2 (0.3mm thick) superficial spreading melanoma arising in a larger level 1 lesion. There is no ulceration, dermal mitoses or significant regression but there is a patchy mild to moderate lymphocytic infiltrate.
