Description: Extensive white featureless areas with aggregated gray dots

History: 83 year old male, past history of BCC. Lesion on back detected by GP at visit regarding unrelated matter. Histology reported as; Sections confirm level 1 (insitu) malignant melanoma with evidence of active and extensive established past regression.
