Description: Dermoscopy - Initial visit image.

History:

After the short term monitoring,this atypical nevus was biopsied(excisional) with 2mm margins.

Histopathology:- Moderate to severe junctional dysplastic nevus.There is relatively thick fibrosis in the papillary dermis with patchy sparse lymphocytic infiltrate.There are aggregates of heavily pigmented melanophages within the lesion.

Later re-excised with 5 mm clearance margins.
