Description: Dermoscopy - Blue nodule with telangiectasia.

History:

This bluish nodule was noticed during the physical examination of a tourist.He is a retired steel-mill worker.He has  this steel foreign body embedded in his left chest wall since the age of 42 .

Because of his age, without the proper history, it needs to exclude primary or metastatic melanoma and blue nevus among others.
