Description: Dermoscopy - Clustered glomerular vessels,surface scales and small erosion areas.

History: Presented with lesions on her left breast and right upper arm for examination.Those were excised and reported as well differentiated squamous cell carcinomas with mid dermal invasion.Noted this lesion on her right shin during skin examination.
