History: This 48 year old lady moved here from the south of Siberia 25 years ago where she had a history of significant sun exposure. She has had NMSC,s This lesion on her lower leg has been changing gradually. She saw a doctor about it a couple of years ago (without dermoscopy) and he reassured her.The pathology showed a melanoma: SSM type,Melanoma level 4 Breslow 1.3mm. Dermoscopic description: Blue-white structures, atypical pigment network, irregular blotches,irregular streaks,regression and some globules in periphery. Case from Siberia.
