Description: Clinical image of lesion on the arm. The dots seen on the dermatoscope are actually visible clinically.

An elderly man presented for a check up when this pigmented lesion on his arm was noted. Other than the pigment dots there was little else to say this was melanocytic. The pathology showed melanoma in situ.
