Description: I put the dermatoscope on this lesion before adequately examining it clinically and saw a lot of brown dots and scalloped moth eaten edges!
History: I thought to myself, "This is an unusual seborrhoeic keratosis" and asked the patient how long it had been there. He had not a clue what I was talking about and then remembered his wife had admonished him to clean up after eating chocolate icecream for breakfast before visiting the doctor!
