Description: A dark blue nodule of the mid-scalp (it was not ulcerated, the bleeding is the result of a clumsy shave).

History: A nodular and pigmented lesion of the mid-scalp. It was sharply limited, showed blue ovoid nests which hid partially the arborizing vessels. The pathology confirmed the diagnosis of nodular basal cell carcinoma.
