Description: Dermoscopy -Arborizing vessels .
History:
Presented with occasional bleeding from the lesion on his right cheek of 3-4 months duration.He is a retired carpenter and has had few non melanoma skin cancer lesions excised in the past.
Histopathology :- Solid / cystic basal cell carcinoma.
Arborizing vessels are sharply focused under the dermatoscope than the telangiectasia of the dermal plexus.Facial skin has thinning of the epidermis due to long-term U-V light exposure,causing dermal papillae and rete ridges to disappear.Facial skin vessels appear slightly blurred and also show a pink hue.
