Description: Large purple mass on the breast

History:

A 26 year old woman with a history of nodular melanoma 8-12 months ago on her back. 2-3 months ago rapidly developed metastatic tumor on her breast. The woman live in a small village in Siberia and visited her doctor in town yesterday for the first time.

Dermoscopic description:Blue-white structures, polymorphous vessels(Corkscrew vessels), ulceration.
