Description: Dermatoscopic view close up Note the homogeneous pigmentation, crypts and a bluish appearance due to the depth of the melanin. There is pseudo radial streaming superiorly.

History: Sometimes seborrhoeic keratoses are so black they immediately attract your attention. Under the dermatoscope this has a bluish tinge showing that the pigment is deep. There is no network. There are crypts. There is the appearance of radial streaming at the perphery but it is not from a network.
