Description: Dermatoscopic view The dots and globules are mainly centrally placed in the lesion and are in keeping with the benign nature of this lesion. There is a structureless zone and a regular network,

History: This is an example of a benign nevus. The dots and globules are centrally placed in the lesion and are in keeping with the benign nature of this lesion. If peripherally placed they favour a malignant lesion, Spitz nevus or a growing nevus in a child.
