Description: Dermoscopy. This lesion shows the typical white cystic areas and crown or wreath like vessels
History: This patient has had multiple BCCs excised and also has multiple areas such as this on his face. Cystic BCC can sometimes be difficult to differentiate from sebaceous hyperplasia, but this lesion shows the typical white cystic areas and crown or wreath like vessels seen in the latter condition.
