Description: Exophytic papillary structures, Comma vessels, and blotches

History:

The papillomatous nevus (Unna nevus) is a soft polypoid or sessile lesion with a papillary surface frequently located on the trunk, arms, and neck. The color of the papillomatous dermal nevi is brown to nearly skin-colored.

Dermoscopic description: Exophytic papillary structures, Comma vessels, and blotches.
