Description: Dermatoscopy of blue nodule on leg. There are massive blue ovoid nests without a network.

History:

Case from Dr Simon Hosking

Sometimes pigmented BCCs can look so blue they resemble melanomas. The other two images are courtesy of Dr Martin Baker illustrating the came point. These two are even more suggestive of malignant melanoma.
