Description: Left Heel -pigmented macule

History:

He has had this naevus  on his left heel  all his life.There is no change in size or colouration.

Confluent veil can be seen in benign lesion of the hands and feet , especially in volar/acral surfaces due to different structure of the epidermis in these areas.
