Description: Aggregated slate-grey dots, annular-granular structures forming drafts of a rhomboidal pseudo-network around hair follicules. Some of them (centre) have an asymetric pigmentation (apfo).

History: This lady came for the removal of dark spots on her face. Most of them were solar lentigos. One one them, right eyelid, had a suspect dermoscopic image. Excision followed by pathology revealed a small lentigo maligna.
