Description: Pinkish papule on the distal third of right shin.

History: Presented for his six monthly skin cancer follow up. He has had more than twenty NMSCs excised from his trunk and limbs over the period of years. Advised to check his skin monthly. He was not aware of this papule occuring on his distal shin.
