History:

Papillomatous Dermal Naevus or Unna Naevus, first described by Paul Gerson Unna (1850-1929) in 1885. Wobble sign - described by R. Braun(dermatoscope pushed from side to side) is useful to distinguish between seborrheic keratosis and Unna naevus.
