Description: Erythema of the upper extremities; pseudo-psoriasic crusted plaque of the elbow. Note that the nails are intact.

History: This 93 years old lady had a long lasting pruritic eruption. It was diffused, with a dry erythema, and some psoriasiform crusted plaques, for example on the elbows. The dermoscopic exam found immediatly the sarcoptes: it was a crusted scabies.
