Description: An irregular brown lesion. The most prominent feature is the blue white veil. There is also an irregular network south-west. A small trap pershaps: in some parts, it could mimick a seborrhoeic keratosis, particularly in the western region which shows a cerebriform aspect.

History: This 60 years old lady consulted for this black mole of her right leg. She could not give a precise history. The main dermoscopic feature was a blue white veil. The pathology showed a melanoma: SSM type, Breslow 1.28, Clark IV, no regression
