Description: Dermatoscopy: hairpin vessels and opaque color although the vessels are not obvious on this view. The comedo like openings can be black brown or orange and are made up of keratin invaginations of the skin surface.

History:

The lesion has appeared 3 years ago. The focus started to enlarge little by little.

Dermoscopic description: hairpin vessels and opaque color .

Only the absence of criteria for a melanocytic lesion and the opaque colors with  harpin vessels  give a hint for the correct diagnosis.
