History:

Noticed this neoplasm 8 years ago. It has increased in size and bled in the last few weeks . This is an irritated seborrhoeic keratosis.

Dermoscopic description: Milia-like cysts, comedo-like openings, hairpin vessels, dotted vessels and scale-crusts. Also  absence of criteria for a melanocytic lesion.
