Description: Lesion on the dorsum of the hand.

History:

The patient has had the lesion since her first years of life and according to her mother it has enlarged especially in the last 1-2 years. Itching or pain has never occured.

Dermatoscopic description: Homogenous pattern and diffuse hypopigmentation.
