Description: Clinical scaly indurated lump in the scalp

History:

Patient said the lesion had grown over 1 year but his wife thought it had been longer.

Dermoscopic description: Arborizing vessels, Large gray-blue ovoid nests, Multiple blue-gray globules, ulceration.

Managment: Punch biopsy and after result of histopathology report (BCC pigmented) total excision with skin graft.
