This gentleman had noticed this lesion appear and enlarge over last 1 1/2 years ago.

Dermoscopic description: Fine short telangiectasias,central shiny white to red structureless areas, multiple ulceration and multiple  blue-gray globules.

Managment: Cryotherapy.
