Description: Dermoscopy- haemorrhage with satellites. This image illustrates the "pebbles on the ridges" phenonmenon which is thought to be peculiar to this condition.

History:

Presented for routine skin examination.He works for the building industry and has to wear steel cap shoes.

Sometimes acral  lentiginous melanoma can present like this.
