Description: Clinical view
History: This man with a history of 2 previous melanomas in the last 2 years presented for a 6 monthly skin check. This lesion (1mm in diameter) was not noticed 6 months earlier and although he was not aware of it his wife confirmed that it had appeared recently. It was removed in total with a biopsy punch and histolgy revealed "Naevoid lentigo maligna". Subsequently 5mm margins were taken with closure using a bilobe flap by a plastic surgeon.
