Description: The dermoscopy makes an immediate diagnosis: the anterior piece of a mite is visible at the end of the furrow. This furrow seems to come from a pustule. Between the dermoscope graduation, there is a smaller mite; its body is partly visible, unlike the other one.
History: This infant developed a few weeks after birth this pustular eruption of the soles of the feet. Her mother and two of her brothers complained of itch. Scabies was suspected, and dermoscopy provided the proof.
